The Arabian oryx went extinct 52 years ago in 1970 because of hunting, poaching, etc. Scientists did their best to bring this fantastic animal back to life. Arabian oryx live in the sandy habitat of Suadi Arabia. They also sometimes get spotted residing in Jordan, UAE, Syria, Bahrain, and more! This creature is mostly known for its ability to go on for long durations without water. They mostly live in deserts, which means not much food and water around so they have to keep on moving until they find a place filled with enough water and food to last until the end of the week at least. They have long sharp horns which protect themselves from predators. The horns also absorb as much sunlight as they can so that they can have somebody warm in the cold winter.
